Art Plaza
Another project of Melo Construction Group. This building, located in the heart of Overtown Miami, with condos looking at the Downtown of Miami and Miami Beach. This set of two 33 floor towers is connected by a 9-floor parking garage, accommodating all the tenants and visitors.

Art Plaza was tackled in an early development stage, allowing more time for designing, thanks to coverage samples taken from their neighbor building: Square Station.
This situation allowed us to determine a worst-case scenario that would allow the conduit to be installed inside a concrete slab by the stairs, elevators, and 2-hour fire-rated chase. After the building was in an advanced construction stage, Cooper-General finalized a Radio Coverage site survey and the BDA system was designed.
