Grove Station
This mid-rise building is located to the West of the City of Miami, close to US1.
It is a 9 story building with common areas such as pool and lounge area in the low floors.
This project was presented to us in the very last stages, weeks before their TCO. Part of the challenge was to be able to get a design in place and be able to pull permits, install and inspections before their TCO. Fortunately we have a great electrical contractor that was able to run the conduit in a couple of days, giving us the right amount of time to finalize our BDA installation.
The inspection soon came after. The inspectors of the City of Miami are well trained and found our installation to be their liking and passed all the inspections all the way from coverage testing to both electrical and fire final inspection.
